Booking & Appointment 


We have had to make a few changes to how we work and how our appointments will be moving forward at Little Locks. Please read the below guidelines about booking and attending future appointments

*We would like to highlight our new no late appointment policy as this is for the safety of our customers and staff*

We can’t wait to have you all back but please be patient with our new system as we all adjust to a different way our salon runs.


Appointments can only currently be booked online.

Booking over the phone:- Our online booking system is in real time and up to date with the latest appointments but if you would prefer to book over the phone that's fine but it may not always be possible for us to answer the phone, so please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

No Appointment can be booked within the salon.


Before your appointment

If any child or parent is not feeling well or showing signs of ANY illness within the last 48 hours please cancel your appointment. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment if you or your child appear to be unwell prior to your appointment

Please ensure your child’s hair is clean & detangled.


During your appointment

Please wait outside the salon at a social distance until asked to enter..

Please use the hand santizer before entering.

Please wear face mask where possible within the salon

Please comply to social distancing restrictions while within the salon.

Please ensure you keep to your designated area of the salon, which will be clearly marked.


Salon procedures

*Unfortunately, due to time restrictions and extra cleaning procedures anyone late to their appointment will need to be rebooked online*


Card Payments Only.

After every appointment we will be cleaning each cutting station and equipment.

Our procedures may be subject to change according to government guidelines and while we adapt to a new working environment.
